What Herbs for Autumn?•
Autumn has always been my favorite time of year. Growing up in the bayous of southern Louisiana, the air never really became cold during autumn, just mildly cool (or normal to most). It did become very windy. The wind made me feel excited. Feeling the change of elements in the air invigorated me. It was fresh and cleansing. Sometimes the autumn elements created a duality with cool air from the north and the hot air from the southern gulf, and brought upon storms. The sensations of being free and power took away any fear from me!
Those same winds speak to us all this day throughout North America. They blow with information, love and blessings. They are the blessed winds of change. Are we listening to the voices of the wind? They blow across the mountains singing and somehow reach the gulf shores with a feeling of promise. And this is for sure: The voices of the wind are your ancestors speaking through the elements of terra earth. They are waiting to receive your love. They are just as excited to send you blessings to receive.
Right now, you must open your arms high! Lift your head up to the sun! Inhale deeply then exhale deeply. Let your heart speak. Keep your words in alignment with your actions. Feel the wind blow. Listen. Move in Love and Guidance from your soul.
Heart: speak love and truth. Balance. Flow.
